Beijing Construction Engineering Group

Beijing Construction Engineering Group Ltd (BCEG) was founded in 1953. Over the past 50 years, it has been a constant leader in the industry and has become a conglomerate that is competitive in the global market. Bina Puri Holdings Berhad

Bina Puri Holdings Bhd is a public listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia since 1995. Core business of Bina Puri Group of Companies are construction related activities which include: civil and building engineering management, property development, highway concessionaire, quarry operations, manufacturing of construction materials and polyurethane system house.

AmanahRaya Hartanah Sdn Bhd (ARH) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Amanah Raya Berhad (ARB), Malaysia's premier trustee company and also wholly owned by the Ministry of Finance. It was established on 18th January 2007 in development and project management to complement and enhance the participation and commitment of ARB in investment, development and management of the property market in Malaysia. LT Consultancy

Formed in 1993, LT Consultancy, a civil and structural engineering firm provides comprehensive professional services from civil, environmental, structural and geotechnical engineering and management consultancy. Its capabilities include the provision of conceptual, feasibility, planning, detail design, supervision and management of construction works.
The consultancy has considerable experience in the design of institutional, industrial, commercial and residential development projects as well as infrastructural projects such as water resources, drainage and irrigation, sewerage treatment plants, environmental, land reclamation and geotechnical projects.

Perunding ZNA (Asia) Sdn Bhd

The ZNA brand was introduced since 1992. It is headed by its Principal, Ir. Zulhkiple A Bakar. With over 19 years in the industry, he is involved as an auditor to many projects. ZNA is also been known to produce safe, efficient and practical structural engineering designs for clients.
ZNA made its first influential landmark in the industry by winning the 1st prize Prime Minister Award for the Malaysian National Low Cost Housing Competition in 1995. ZNA also has joint venture partnerships with the State of Selangor (PKNS) and Pahang (PASDEC).

Urban Design Group Sdn Bhd

It was established as a sole proprietor and is registered under the Board of Quantity Surveyors, Malaysia. It is practising as firm of professional quantity surveyors, project management and cost management consultants, with a range of individual and corporate clients.

Bestium Technologies Sdn Bhd (BTSB), formerly known as Bestium Corporation Sdn Bhd (BCSB), is one of the oldest solar photovoltaic (PV) companies in Malaysia. Since its inception in October1989, BTSB has become a leading system designer and integrator in this field. BTSB specializes in full turnkey projects.
With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, BTSB's expertise include design, sourcing, installation, testing and commissioning and after sales service for solar PV systems. BTSB is also an Approved PV Service Provider (APVSP) for the grid connected PV system program (Suria 1000) initiated and implemented by the MBIPV group of PTM.
